BEST BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, sliced
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper or to taste
1/4 c. butter
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. clove of garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can beef broth
1 c. sour cream
3 c. noodles, cooked

Cut steak into thin strips. Dust with flour and a dash of pepper, brown meat in butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Brown all lightly. Stir in beef broth. Cover and cook for one hour or until meat is tender. Gradually stir in sour cream. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
