SWEET 'N SOUR SAUSAGE 
12 oz. (or more) smoked sausage or kielbasa
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, cut in 1 inch chunks or sliced
1 c. diagonally cut celery
1 (14-16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. beef broth
1 lg. (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in juice)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Slice sausage into 1 inch pieces. Simmer in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine sausage, onion, green pepper, and celery in electric skillet. Cook until veggies are tender-crisp. Add tomatoes, beef broth, pineapple chunks (reserving juice), and seasonings. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch and pineapple juice. Pour into sausage/veggie mixture. Cook 2-3 minutes until clear and thickened. Serve with rice. Serves 5-6.
