Pound cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix a pound cake mix according to directions. Spread evenly on bottom of greased and floured 9"x13" pan.

Next mix together container of ricotta cheese with sugar, eggs and extracts. Pour on top of unbaked cake mixture. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
