1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar

Mix package of yellow cake mix according to directions on package. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Mix ricotta, vanilla and sugar thoroughly and pour over the batter in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted into cake comes out clean. Top with powdered sugar.
