Pillsbury plus butter cake mix. (not yellow mix.) Follow directions on box. Pour into well greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

15 oz. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on top of cake and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. at least 20 minutes. Turn out and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving. (Cheese cake mixture will sink to the bottom while baking and when turned out, will be on top.)
