RICOTTA CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
3 lg. eggs
4 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch

1. Mix first three ingredients together.

2. Add remaining ingredients and beat 10 minutes with electric mixer.

3. Grease and flour a round springpan.

4. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

5. Turn off oven and leave cake inside for one more hour.
