RICOTTA CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour into 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Keep cake refrigerated. Serve at room temperature and just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
