CRACKER PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. saltines, mashed up
1 c. coconut

Warm milk over low heat, separate eggs; put sugar and yellow of egg together and beat until frothy. Yolk and sugar, crackers and coconut into milk. Put on stove. Cook until really bubbly and thick. Remove and add vanilla, stiffly beaten egg whites and add to everything. Refrigerate. (Also good warm.)
