LADY FINGERS 
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. cake flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat yolks until thick; set aside. Beat whites until fluffy, not dry. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold yolks into whites. Mix flour and salt; fold into eggs. Fold in vanilla. Put batter into lady finger pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. Remove from pans and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Two lady fingers may be used with filling between.
