PEAR HONEY 
1 gal. hard pears (about 6 lbs. when ground)
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

To each pound of ground, peeled pears, add one pound of sugar. Squeeze oranges and lemon; then grind them. Add all ingredients. Boil 20-30 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal while hot - approximately 10 pints.
