CITRUS SAUCED CATCH 
1 lb. fish fillets
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. each shredded orange and lemon peel
1 sm. clove minced garlic

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter baking dish and arrange fish in single layer, combine remaining ingredients, drizzle over fish and cover with foil. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
