BARBECUED BEEF 
1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 lb. roast beef, cut into thin strips
2 hamburger rolls (2 oz. each), cut into halves and lightly toasted
2 red onion slices

In 8-inch nonstick skillet, combine barbecue sauce, mustard, honey, water and roast beef and stir to combine; cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is heated through and flavors blend, 3 to 4 minutes.

To serve, on each of 2 plates, place bottom half of each roll; top each half with half of the meat mix, 1 onion slice and top half. 2 servings.
