BEAN SALAD | |
1 can LeSueur baby peas 1 can French style green beans 1 can shoe peg corn 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. red onion, chopped 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Drain all vegetables and mix together. Bring to boil, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. When this boils to a rolling boil may be removed and cooled completely before pouring over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. The longer you refrigerate the better it is. |
