FIESTA BEAN SALAD 
2 c. cold cooked rice
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinse & drain
1 c. fresh cooked corn kernels, thawed or 1 can corn, drained
1 med. red bell pepper, cut into 1" x 1/4" strips
1/2-2/3 c. picante sauce
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops

Combine rice, beans, corn, red pepper and onions in medium bowl. Combine picante sauce, dressing, cumin and salt. Pour over rice mixture, toss, cover and chill.
