OVERNIGHT FIESTA SALAD | |
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 1 med. onion, chopped 2 med. tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. French dressing or your favorite dressing 1 sm. head lettuce torn in bite size 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 c. crushed corn chips Layer everything in but chips. Refrigerate overnight. Put corn chips on top before serving. 6 to 8 servings. |
