ONION PIE 
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

2 or 3 c. onions, cut up
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix crust and press into 9 inch pie pan.

Saute onions in butter. Cook eggs in milk until warm. Put onions in crust and add seasonings. Pour milk and egg mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
