PIZZA PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 3/4"
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook butter and chopped onion on medium until onion is clear (2 or 3 minutes). Stir once. Add stuffing, water and oregano and stir well. In baking dish shape 1/2 cup of stuffing into 4 mounds each. Put one pork chop on each mound. Pour pizza sauce over each pork chop and sprinkle with mushrooms. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take out and sprinkle each pork chops with Mozzarella cheese.
