LENORA'S TAMALE BAKE 
2 cups cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can chili (or leftover homemade if you have it)
1 (15 oz.) can tamales (I use Hormel)
1 cup shredded cheddar (or American slices if you prefer)

EXTRAS (ANY OF THE FOLLOWING):

sliced olives
sliced onions
jalapeno slices
diced tomatoes
diced green chilies

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix rice with chili, place in baking dish. Unwrap tamales and lay them on top of rice and chili. Put cheese on top. Add any extras, if desired.

Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and starting to brown a little.
