CHIPPER BARS 
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter (softened)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl combine oats, brown sugar, butter, soda and salt. Beat at medium speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture (set aside). Press remaining crumbs on bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish.

In small bowl stir together sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Pour evenly over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pat reserved crumb mixture into filling. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool and cut. 3 dozen.
