CHIPPER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked, diced
3 or 4 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery, diced
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips or shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 60 minutes. Serves 8.
