CHICKEN SALAD BURGERS 
1/4 c. French dressing
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2/3 c. finely chopped celery
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. roughly chopped natural Swiss cheese
8 buns

Combine French dressing, chicken, green pepper and celery. Add salt and lemon juice; stir. Cut buns in half. Spread a paper towel on a baking dish and place the bottoms of 4 buns on it. Put 1/8 of the mixture on each bun and cover with top of buns. Heat 3 minutes, 30 seconds. Cook remaining 4 burgers in the same way.
