TUNA SALAD BURGERS 
6 1/2 oz. canned tuna
1/4 lb. American or colby cheese, shredded
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
6 hamburger buns, split

Combine tuna, cheese, eggs, mayo and relish; mix well. Season to taste. Fill buns with tuna salad; wrap each in aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

You can make these up ahead of time and refrigerate. They will be ready for reheating.

These are very good. A good addition is a half cup or so of chopped olives, either green or ripe-whatever you prefer.
