PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. rotini, cooked, drained
2/3 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella

Brown ground beef; drain fat. Stir in pizza sauce, undrained mushrooms, oregano, garlic salt. Bring to boil; remove form heat. Combine rotini and milk.

In 2-quart casserole layer half meat sauce, rotini, mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and pepperoni.
