NANA'S FAVORITE PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. rotini, cooked and drained
2/3 c. milk (optional)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 tbsp. dried oregano

Brown meat; drain off fat. Stir in pizza sauce, undrained mushrooms, oregano, and garlic salt. Bring to boil; remove from heat. Combine rotini and milk (optional).

In 2-quart casserole, layer half each of the meat sauce, rotini mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minute. Garnish with salami slices, cherry tomatoes and parsley, if desired. Serves 6.
