PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, boil in 5 inches of water and drain 1 onion, chopped fine, sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter 6 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil Melt 1/4 cup butter in 11 x 7 inch pan. Toss spaghetti in it. Pour over 1 can sauce. Layer 1/2 meat and cheeses, then all of mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Add 1 can tomato sauce, the rest of layers of meat, cheese and end with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
