MY BING BARS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. creamy cherry frosting mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. crushed salted peanuts

Melt butter, add juice, milk, and frosting mix. Beat well. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan; chill. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add crushed peanuts. Pour over cooled frosting mix. Chill well.
