BING CHERRY COLA SALAD 
1 lb. can bing cherries
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pkg. black cherry Jello
3 oz. pkg. any flavor red Jello
12 oz. Pepsi
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. finely diced celery
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
6 oz. soft cream cheese

Drain cherries and pineapple into a measuring cup and add water to total 2 cups liquid. Bring to a boil. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Add Pepsi and chill until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, pit the cherries and combine with the pineapple, celery, nuts, and coconut. Beat the cheese until soft. Combine with the fruits and nuts. When gelatin starts to set, fold in the cheese mixture. Turn into an 8 cup mold and chill until set.
