1 lb. ground beef (cooked)
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. ketchup or tomato puree
1 med. to lg. onion (sauteed with meat)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in glass casserole dish, cook on high for 15 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
