1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Dissolve first 4 ingredients. Cool and let partly congeal.

3 tbsp. grated carrots
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 c. cottage cheese

Then add remaining 4 ingredients.

1 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
Lettuce

Mix salad dressing and whipped cream, fold into thickened mixture. Pour into large mold or individual molds. Serve on lettuce (good with roast beef).
