PINEAPPLE LIME JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 sm. cans undrained crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. boiling water
1 c. Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise)

Spray Jello mold or bundt pan with Pam. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Put cream cheese in hot Jello. Whip with mixer until cheese dissolves. Add other ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. To unmold, place in sink of hot water for a few seconds. Unmold onto serving plate. Garnish with curly lettuce. Good side dish with ham.
