MAMIE'S SALAD 
24 oz. cottage cheese (large or small curd)
3 oz. peach Jello package
11 oz. can mandarin orange segments
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
Lettuce leaves
parsley sprigs

Drain well mandarin oranges. Drain well crushed pineapple. Mix cottage cheese and dry Jello. Add mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Mix well. Just before serving mix in Cool Whip. Serve on lettuce leaf. Garnish with parsley sprig.
