MAMI'S SPAGHETTI CHEESE 
1 lb. cheddar
1 lb. thin spaghetti
6 lg. eggs
1 c. cream (or condensed milk)
2 sticks butter
Salt & pepper

Cook and drain spaghetti. Cut cheese into 1/2" cubes. Mix eggs, cream and melted butter. Add salt, pepper to taste. Pour mixture over spaghetti and fold in cheese.

Mix to a juicy consistency. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly brown. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
