3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. sage

PIQUANT SAUCE:

4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. yellow mustard

Soak crumbs in milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in loaf pan. Mix Piquant ingredients together and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
