ENGLISH TOFFEE DESSERT 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Heath Bars, broken up
2 pts. fresh strawberries, hulled
1 c. sour or whipped cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in candy and cool. Serve over strawberries; top with sour or whipped cream. Sauce may be made well ahead and left to stand. Stir occasionally.
