ENGLISH TOFFEE DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. crushed vanilla wafers

Line 9"x13" pan with crushed wafers.

FILLING:

1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten, light lemon color

Mix filling ingredients.

TOPPING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 Heath bars

WAFER MIX:

1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. crushed toasted pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Toast 1 cup pecans in 1 tablespoon butter for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Reserve 1/4 cup wafer mix for topping.

Prepare creamy mix and wafer mix and gently fold together. Spread this mixture gently on top of crust with knife. Spread Cool Whip on top of creamy wafer mix. Crush 2 Heath bars between wax paper and add to reserved wafer mix. Sprinkle on top of Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
