FRUIT PIZZA DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

FRESH FRUIT:

1 basket strawberries, sliced
3 bananas, sliced
5 kiwis, sliced
2-3 peaches, sliced
Raspberries or grapes

GLAZE:

1 c. orange or pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For crust, cream together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Add to butter mixture. Dough will be very sticky. Press into a pizza pan to edges. Bake for 15 minutes.

Turn off oven, open oven door and let crust sit for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely. Meanwhile, cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange sliced fruit in circular rows on top.

To prepare glaze, cook fruit juices, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Drizzle glaze over top of fruit making sure to cover the bananas completely. Cool in refrigerator and cut in wedges to serve.
