VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 box Zesta crackers
1 stick butter

Drain Veg-All. Mix onion, cheese and mayonnaise and add to Veg-All. Mix thoroughly and pour into a baking dish. Crush saltines and spread over top of mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
