VEG - CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. onions, diced and sauteed in butter

Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients together. Grease casserole and add mixture.

Put crumbled plain or cheese Ritz on top. Melt 1/2 stick butter and drizzle over dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
