VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 to 24 oz.) pkg. mixed broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. croutons
1/2 c. melted butter
Minced onion (optional)

Cook and drain all vegetables (only cook until crispy done). Put in buttered casserole dish. Mix soup and cheese and pour over. Top with croutons. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can make ahead and bake whenever. Serves 8 to 10.
