VEGETABLE SOUP CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
6 c. water
2 c. diced celery
12 green onions
1 green pepper
3 carrots, grated
2 pkg. mixed vegetables
1/2 c. or more grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise

Boil soup and water together about 15 minutes. Add rice mix to vegetables, and then add the cheese and mayonnaise. Put in large casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12 to 16.
