MOM'S RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 cups white rice 2 can Campbell's Vegetable Soup 1 lb ground beef Preheat oven to 350°F. Fry ground beef in fry pan until thoroughly cooked. Drain grease. Boil 2 cups of rice until fully cooked. Drain. In a large casserole bowl combine half rice, half ground beef, and one can of vegetable soup. (Do not drain soup). Mix together well. Combine remaining rice, ground beef and second can of soup and mix well. Cook with lid on for 1.5 hours. Let stand for 10 minutes. Submitted by: Jessie Spence-Collison |
