BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. pkg. frozen tater tots
Chopped onion and green pepper to taste
Dash of salt and pepper

Brown hamburger, onions and peppers; drain. Add soup and uncooked frozen vegetables, salt and pepper and mix well. Place in casserole dish and arrange frozen tater tots on top to cover meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until tots are nicely browned, then serve.
