BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In medium saucepan melt bits and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly into bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy; beat in Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
