BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESE CAKE BARS 
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) sm. condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Melt chips and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese. Add milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well and pour into pan. Top with rest of crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill and cut into bars.
