1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. water
2 egg whites
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat with rotary egg beater until thick or stands in peaks. Cool slightly, spread on cake.
