OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
4 c. rolled oats
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. raisins, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla, soda and salt. Beat in flour and oats. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, placing them about 3 inches apart. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 9-10 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen, but they'll go fast.
