CRAB DELIGHTS FETTUCCINE 
6 oz. fettuccine
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c. half and half
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights (flakes or chunks)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Cook fettuccine according to directions; drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned. Add half and half, Crab Delights, and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture just begins to bubble, stirring constantly.

Add Parmesan cheese; stir for 1 minute. Remove form heat. Toss Crab Delights sauce with fettuccine. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
