IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 medium-sized red potatoes
1 (16 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup grated cabbage
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted

Boil potatoes 5 minutes; cool. Peel and grate. Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 or 50 minutes.
