POLKA-DOT OVEN PANCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage links
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Cut sausage into 1/2 inch thick slices. Put sausages into a small skillet and cook until brown, stirring once. Drain on paper towel. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large mixing bowl. Mix egg and milk in small mixing bowl and mix lightly with fork. Pour melted butter into the egg mixture and then add egg mixture into flour mixture. Stir well until dry ingredients are wet. Mixture should be lumpy. Grease an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan with a little shortening. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with sausage. Bake about 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden. Cut into squares. Serves 4-6.
