PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 c. long cooking rice
1 can mushrooms with juice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Pork chops
2 1/2 c. water (use 3 c. water if using fresh mushrooms)

Brown pork chops. Into 3 quart casserole dish, layer long cooking rice, mushrooms with juice, dry onion soup mix, pork chops and water. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
